No Surprise! More Couples Argue Over Buying/Selling Home

Over the past 10 years, 77 percent of people in the U.S. who have purchased or sold a home has argued over the process with their significant other, according to a study commissioned by Zillow.com.

Purchasing or selling a home is on the list of top 10 life stressors for adults according to WebMD.com, so it’s no surprise that couples argue over this important step in life.

According to the study, when purchasing a home, buyers disagree over the size and must-have features in a home, while sellers argued over the listing price and whether to accept a particular offer.

Other issues that caused stress with sellers were whether to make repairs, having strangers walk through the home, and keeping the home clean for showings.
