With the management office being closed on Fridays, residents have asked whether the sales office is open. The sales office is open seven days a week and also by appointment. Floor duty hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are four Realtors from Barefoot Realty who serve the community.
The trend is for buyers to make appointments to see homes so often the sales team is showing homes or the community during the off hours.
“We often have two or three Realtors at one time helping residents or potential buyers with listing or buying a home,” explains Broker Marty Pozgay. “We view ourselves as another amenity for residents and make ourselves available when it is most convenient for residents or buyers of their homes.”
On average, 45 homes are sold each year which means friends and neighbors are moving out while new residents move in. “Sometimes we think of a home being sold, but it’s really a friend or neighbor who is leaving,” says Pozgay. “We are here to make their transition easier and less stressful.”
