In 2013, the Americana Cove Board of Directors hired Barefoot Realty, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fl, to handle home sales in the community due to their expertise in manufactured housing. There are four Realtors® and a Real Estate Assistant who work at the Americana Cove sales office and they are happy to assist with your home buying and selling needs.​ Any of the Realtors® can list or show homes.

Charity is co-owner of Barefoot Realty Group and is Vice President of Florida Community Services Group, the parent company. After a career in publishing, she transitioned to real estate 15 years ago. She holds a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Denver. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, she also sells new homes. She holds active Florida licenses as a Realtor®, Community Association Manager and Notary Public.

Roxanne, who lives in Americana Cove, transitioned into real estate after a 30-year career as a mortgage broker. During her career she worked for Shearson Lehman Mortgage, CitiMortgage and most recently Community Southern Bank. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, she also sells new homes. She holds active Florida license as a Realtor®.

Leah Albright is a Florida native who has grown up in her family's home-building business. Since graduating college, Leah has worked in the health care field but is excited to be following her passion of assisting home buyers and sellers with their housing needs.

Suzanne Banning
Real Estate Assistant
Suzanne, who lives in Americana Cove, brings a 30-year career in manufacturing to the position of Sales Assistant. Working as a Materials/Inventory Manager for a number of manufacturing companies in the auto, garment, electronics, aerospace and medical industries, her organizational skills and attention to detail assists greatly in all aspects of the company. Sue holds a real estate assistant license and is a Notary Public.
