One of the tools that Barefoot Realty uses is a marketing e-mail that is sent once a month to residents or potential buyers who are signed up to receive the e-mail. The e-mail typically features one or two homes for sale and promotes the community and the home. When received, residents can forward the e-mail to friends or relatives who may be interested in Americana Cove homes.
